Our first chat with the first lady of folk!

Listen back to our very first conversation with 'The First Lady of Folk', the brilliant Kate Rusby.

It was such a lovely chat about how Kate started out singing and playing (plot spoiler: it involves a recorder, a swimming teacher, and then some festival gigs that made her legs wobble). We spoke about some of her most memorable moments (listen out for the moths story), about celebrating her 30th year in music - and we also chatted touring and playing the Yeovil Octagon and the Cheese and Grain in 2023.
