Songwriter, guitarist and producer, Richard Hawley, not only creates truly timeless music, but listening to him in conversation restores your faith. 

Astute, thoughtful, reflective and kind, Richard chats with Ian about life, the 20 year anniversary release of his incredible album Coles Corner, his October gig in Weston-super-Mare and… yes…  the dangers of the waltzers! 

Coles Corner was Richard’s third studio album and his first for Mute Records. Here he reflects on pouring his heart and soul, his “everything” into it... an album that many regard as his best. Richard also shares his view on ‘celebrity’ and why he’s repelled by it.
