John Peel's favourite record was Teenage Kicks. He said there's nothing that could be added to it or subtracted from it that could improve it - and we have to agree.

Well, it's hard to believe that was almost 51 years ago! The Undertones are coming to Komedia Bath on May 4th and the force will definitely be with them as they play a glorious set of classic tracks taken from what are considered to be some of the best punk albums of all time. Plus, there's their host of iconic guitar pop anthems... Jimmy Jimmy, My Perfect Cousin, What's With Terry, Here Comes the Summer, Julie Ocean, Wednesday Week, and, of course, Teenage Kicks.

Jenna used to dance non-stop to The Undertones when she discovered their music as a teenager, so her younger self would be very excited to hear that she recently caught up with Undertones bass player, Michael Bradley. Michael can definitely tell a story and he shares lots of them... from the band forming in the late 70s, to their first Top Of The Pops, the break up, the reformation and how they've never looked back!

Whether you're a die-hard Undertones fan or are just discovering more of their music, this is a must-listen.
