Best-selling historian and author Amy Jeffs, musician Natalie Brice, and illustrator Gwen Burns have created Old Songs, a reimagining of ten traditional British ballads in book and audio book form.

The collaboration combines captivating words, music and illustration, and these stories, often with a supernatural element, certainly stay bouncing around the walls of the mind.

Ian catches up with the trio to chat more about this wonderful creation, how it was conceived, and we hear excerpts from the hauntingly beautiful 'The Trees They Grow High' too.
