It's the season to celebrate snowdrops and they are doing it in style in Shepton Mallet!
The snowdrop festival starts on February 13th (with Fringe events) until 22nd, (the main weekend is Friday the 21st and Saturday the 22nd) and there's lots to see and do in the town, including specialist growers with rare and unusual snowdrops for sale, art and crafts to buy, craft and wicker workshops to experience, a fashion show, open gardens, walks and talks and much, much more.

Jenna caught up with Festival Director, Amanda Hirst, to discover why Shepton celebrates this beautiful little flower, what's in store when you visit the festival, and how the festival has grown.
Take a listen by pressing play on the snowdrops below!
And you can head to Shepton Snowdrops for the full line up of activities.
