Dream big, fly high... something fantastic is coming to Yeovil from Friday March 27th to Sunday March 29th 2026, and it's for everyone!
Whether you live in the town, the wider community of Somerset, or are just visiting, a brand new arts festival is set to make headlines very soon. The Yeovil Art Weekender is taking place across Yeovil Town Centre locations and beyond, including events (watch out for the big Saturday procession through the town!), new commissions, exhibitions, and creative activities for all ages.
It's being produced by Yeovil Art Space with a group of Yeovil artists who want to encourage everyone to experience the joy of getting creative. It's received funding from Arts Council England and support from Somerset Council and Yeovil Town Council, and there will be so much to see and do.
Ahead of the festival, Jenna's been catching up with Jess Egan and Izzie Jobbins to discover more about what's in store and about the way in which art and creativty can really lift our communities... and our spirits.
